These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and 11winrm ("Platform", "we"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the 11winrm platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions in this document.

If you do not agree with any provision, please stop using the platform immediately. 11winrm reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via the website of any significant changes, and continued use after such notice is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

To open an account at 11winrm, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 21 or above on the date of registration.
• An individual acting in a personal capacity and not on behalf of a corporate entity.
• Residing in an area that does not prohibit participation in online gambling.
• Not currently under a self-exclusion period from any gambling platform.
• Not previously banned by 11winrm for a breach of terms.

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information is prohibited and may result in all such accounts being terminated and account balances forfeited. Users must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including their full name as per their identity card (MyKad), an active mobile number, and a valid email address.

11winrm supports a range of payment methods that are popular among Malaysian players. The minimum deposit for all methods is RM50, and the minimum amount for each withdrawal is also RM50.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Online banking via FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other major banks)
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, ETH

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on the chosen method and current system conditions. All deposits must come from a legitimate source and in the name of the account holder. 11winrm reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before processing a withdrawal.

All bonuses and promotions offered by 11winrm are subject to specific terms of use. New players are eligible to receive a 200% welcome bonus of up to RM1,000 on their first deposit.

Welcome bonus calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Account balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 25 = RM5,000
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM1,000 (maximum cap) → Account balance RM2,200 → Wagering requirement: RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000

The wagering requirement must be met in full before any winnings from bonus funds can be requested for withdrawal. Bonuses may only be used for wagering and cannot be transferred. 11winrm reserves the right to cancel a bonus and all related winnings if there is any attempt at fraud or promotion abuse.

The weekly VIP cashback programme is available in three tiers — Bronze (up to 0.5%), Silver (up to 1.0%) and Gold (up to 1.5%) — based on a player's cumulative wagering activity. Movement between tiers depends on the player's level of active engagement with the platform.

All bets placed on the 11winrm platform are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for ensuring that bet details are correct before confirming any transaction. 11winrm is not responsible for errors made by players during the betting process.

In the event of any technical fault, system disruption or software error during an active game session, 11winrm reserves the right to void the round in question and return the bet to the player. Results arising from a software error or incorrect configuration are not considered valid and will not be paid out.

• Bets that have been submitted to the system and confirmed cannot be cancelled by the player.
• Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities or strategies that violate fair game rules may result in account termination.
• The use of automation software, bots or external tools to manipulate games is strictly prohibited.
• 11winrm reserves the right to cancel, suspend or restrict an account if there are signs of fraud or collusion.

11winrm believes that gambling should be a form of entertainment enjoyed within one's means. Our platform provides several tools to help players manage their betting habits more effectively.

Self-management tools available to all users:

• Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on the total amount deposited.
• Loss Limit: Limit the maximum amount you can lose within a set period.
• Session Time Limit: Set a maximum duration for each playing session.
• Temporary Break: Suspend account access for a chosen period.
• Self-Exclusion: Close your account permanently or for a set period.

If you feel that gambling is starting to have a negative impact on your personal life, finances or relationships, we encourage you to seek professional help. The 11winrm platform does not permit gambling by anyone under the age of 21.

Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account. It is important to keep login information confidential, including username and password. Never disclose this information to anyone, including individuals claiming to be representatives of 11winrm.

The 11winrm support team will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our customer support immediately via 24/7 live chat. Your personal information is collected, stored and used in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy.

11winrm reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any user account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, misconduct or suspicious activity on the account.
• Attempted money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Registration of multiple accounts or abuse of promotions.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
• Recommendations based on the platform's internal risk assessment.

In cases of legitimate account termination with no violation by the user, any eligible remaining balance will be returned after the investigation is complete. Balances linked to fraudulent activity or breaches of terms may be fully forfeited.

The 11winrm platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. 11winrm does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. Service availability may be affected by scheduled maintenance, technical issues or events beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 11winrm will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from bets placed by users.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 11winrm holds its licence. Use of this platform constitutes your acceptance of that jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to a competent arbitration body under the international licence held by 11winrm.
